These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hi, It's Me mobile application ("App") provided by Hi, It's Me ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Hi, It's Me provides tools for scanning business cards, managing professional contacts, drafting messages using AI, and creating digital business cards. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and messages you send through the App.
The App offers both free and paid subscription tiers. The free tier includes limited usage of scanning, drafting, and AI features. The paid "Pro" subscription ($3.99/month) provides unlimited access to all features.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Prices may change. We will notify users of price changes in advance. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Hi, It's Me uses AI to draft messages, transcribe voice notes, and provide contact suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated messages before sending them. We are not responsible for the content or consequences of messages you send.
You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including contacts, notes, voice recordings, and messages. By creating a digital business card, you grant us the right to host and display the information you provide on a public web page accessible via your QR code.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free. Business card scanning accuracy depends on image quality and card design. We are not responsible for lost data resulting from device failure or app uninstallation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost contacts, missed business opportunities, or embarrassing AI-generated messages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and canceling any active subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
